Oscar came out to give an estimate to repair the leaking roof as Two Bald Guys LLC who installed the exhaust fan incorrectly in the bathroom that resulted in water coming into our bathroom EVERY time it rained or snowed never fixed it properly after installing it wrong. One look at the roof, and Oscar instantly said whoever installed this didn’t know what they were doing. He also shared in addition to the poorly installed exhaust fan there some was hail damage. Looked at the roof and shared in the 15 years he has been inspecting roofs he has never seen such a poorly installed exhaust fan as the one on my roof.
