Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes, we have worked with insurance claims for over 15 years and have the expertise to review the claims and work with your insurance agent, company, and adjuster.  We want to ensure the process is fast and you receive the most money you should.

Are you licensed, insured and bonded?

Yes,  OGD Restoration is a licensed general contractor and our license number is QB808995.

We carry general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, auto insurance and are bonded.

How long does a new roof last?

An average asphalt shingle roof typically lasts 15-25 years.  Meta roofs can last 40-70 years.

What is the best time to replace a roof?

Summer is the most poplar due to the weather conditions.  We have replaced roof into the first part of November with no snow.

We try to avoid winter due to dangerous conditions with snow in Minnesota.

Do you work in Minnesota and Wisconsin?

Yes, we work in both states.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing through Acorn Finance.

Finishing the job and paperwork.

Final payment in full is due the day the job is completed.

As part of the final paperwork you will receive the warranty registration packet along with proper care of your shingles, copy of the paid receipt in full and a lien release for the completed work.

What warranties will I get on the product and service?  

OGD Restoration stands behind our work.  This is why we offer a 10 year workmanship warranty on roof replacements.

OGD Restoration will register your new shingles for warranty through the manufacture for you.

As part of the final paperwork you will receive the warranty registration packet along with proper care of your shingles and a lien release for the completed work
